Tina Price, NP

Every detail matters to Tina C. Price, MSN, AGNP-C, who provides postoperative management and education for urologic cancer surgery patients 18 years and older. Treating all patients like family, she compassionately educates patients about their surgery and treatment plan. She sees how her personal delivery decreases the stress patients feel and has a positive impact on their recovery.  

A surgical first assistant to Dr. David Price, she assists with procedures and treatment plans for prostate, kidney and bladder cancers, BPH and kidney stones. Tina Price feels at home in the operating room, and she feels the reward of following patients from their first office visit through their surgery and postoperative experience.  

A native of Leesville, Louisiana, Price earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University in Shreveport. She later earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Price is a certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (American Academy of Nurse Practitioners).

Away from the clinic and operating room, Price is a woman of faith who enjoys spending time at her Texas farm with her grandsons. She especially loves having chickens. Her husband, Dr. David Price, is a urologic oncologist. They have two sons and daughters-in-law and two grandsons.
